8oz cream cheese
2 (12oz) cans of chicken breast
2 stalks celery
1 package chicken flavor stuffing- ground (either in a blender or with a rolling pin)
6 tablespoon butter- melted
2 tubes (8 count) crescent roll dough
Salt and pepper to taste
1. soften the ream cheese and gently mix all of the 8oz cream cheese in the chicken. Dice the celery and add to mixture.
2. unroll all 16 crescent rolls.
3. spoon a small (golf-ball size) of chicken mixture onto the widest end of each crescent triangle. Roll up the dough and tuck the edges under the sides to secure the chicken mixture.
4. Melt 6 tablespoons of the butter in a small, shallow bowl. Pour stuffing crumbs into a separate small bowl. Dip rolls into the melted butter and then into stuffing mixture until coated
5. Place rolls on ungreased baking sheet or in a 9X13 baking dish.
