Cake Mix Cookies

I love cookie dough, brownie batter, cake batter- I'm an eater of raw foods- well- not the healthy raw foods, but you know what I mean. Even if I go to Cold Stone Ice cream- I get cake batter ice cream with cookie dough mixed in.

I remembered recently as a kid I used to make cookies with cake mix- so I had to re-look up the recipe. It tastes just like I remember....... like cake batter.... only cooked. ;D

Ingredients:
1 box cake mix (you can do any flavor- my favs are cherry chip, vanilla/french vanilla, and confetti)
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil

opt: sprinkles

directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. If you want little sprinkles on top of your cookies- just dab them into a bowl of sprinkles- if you don't want them, you can skip that step. Place dough balls onto cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes.

Set cookies out and watch them magically disappear (into your mouth)

(makes about 2 dozen- or 3 dozen if you prefer dainty cookies)
