Ramen Noodle Casserole

Short on time? Don't know what to make for dinner? Want a 'comfort' food?
This is it.

On the plus side, it's also pretty cheap to make.

3 pkgs Ramen Noodles (Chicken or beef flavor)
1lb ground beef (or turkey)
2 small cans of tomato paste
2 cups shredded cheese
2pkts Ramen seasoning
1tsp chopped garlic
dash salt/pepper

Directions:
Cook ground beef into crumbles. In separate pot make Ramen noodles as directed- without putting in the seasoning.

Drain noodles. Return noodles to pot and add ground meat, tomato paste, Ramen seasoning packet, garlic, and salt/pepper. Mix until combined. (You may need to add 1/4 cup- 1/2 cup water to thin it out a bit)

Place mixture in a greased 9X13 pan and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes- or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

(to sneak in some veggies you could also add chopped onion, carrots, corn, etc... )
